If a person is arrested for DUI in CT, can he move to TX and transfer the case?

No, a case cannot be transferred from the jurisdiction, in this instance Connecticut Superior Court, to a similar court in Texas. The case will remain pending here in Connecticut and needs to be dealth with in Connecticut.
