Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
I have primary custody of my 2yr old daughter. I have been trying to go for full custody of her so we can move from ct to nc. Her father is in the middle of a divorce had 2 other kids, no job and owes alot to his house. How cam I get him to let her move.

You will have to show that the move is in the best interest of the child. Factors such as a better paying job, family, better support services are all important. You will also have to show that you are not trying to move for any improper reason.
