Can someone put a lein on my property if i am paying ''as agreed'' per court order

Yes they can place a judgment lien on your property to secure the judgment. Once you've paid the debt in full they are required to provide you with a release to record on the land records. If you do pay it off make sure you followup with the creditor's attorney to get the release.
