Legal Question in Insurance Law in Connecticut
sued by neighbor over water damage
My neighbor is sueing me because of a burst pipe in my unit. There is no negligence in the case. He is suing for me to pay his hotel and food bills for 6 weeks while his unit was being fixed. Do I need to be proven negligent to be guilty?
