third degree burglary
My nephew was charged with 2 counts of third degree conspiracy to commit burglary,2 counts of accesory to committ burglary in the third degree and one count of possesion of a business tool.

All are extremely serious charges which assuredly the district
Attorneys office will attempt to seek jail time for. I would assume
If any plea has been offered it would be in the area of one year
Jail time, and if he has a prior more like 2-6.
