Legal Question in Banking Law in Connecticut
401k Loan Money was deposited twice into our bank account by trust company
My wife and I took out a loan from her 410k on 11-22-05 for $1205.00. On 11-28-05 there were 2 deposits made for $1205.00 each for a total of $2410.00. Our question is our we obligated to notify them of this and can they legally remove that money from our account without our approval. Just looking for advice before making the call.
