Joint Bank Account
my father in law put my name on is accts so i could manage his affairs. before he dies he told me to do as i pleased with the money he wanted to sign his house over to us but his lawyer said he was confussed and should wait. so he said to us since i cannot give you my house keep the money. granddaughters named in the will want their share. i have already closed out the acct and spent some of it. what should i do?

Did you close out the accounts and spend the money before or after he died? What is the bequeathment to the grandaughter?
