Legal Question in Banking Law in Connecticut
My son, who is 18 had a job in the summer. His Dad (we are separated) gave him a void cheque so the money could be deposited from the summer employment company. His Dad has since refused to give him the money, saying it is now in his bank account and my son can't prove it's his. What can my son do legally to obtain what is rightfully his. Thank you.
