What are the changes to the bankruptcy law that takes effect in October 05?

There are too many changes, a summary is that if your income exceeds the state median, $65,000 per person and $85,000 per working couple, you will required to repay your creditors over a 5 year plan. All of your bills will have to be justified and documented and you will have to go through credit counselling prior to filing a bankruptcy. It is wise to file before 10-17-05.
