Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut

my wife an i have allmost reached our discharge in ch.7 , we now find out that that the mail matrix for the first meeting of creditors was the wrong one sent by the bk court.

now they set up a new 341 meeting and we have to go thru the whole process again...

the confusing thing is we did have a creditor show up at our first 341, which means to me that possibly they all (20) notified..please help..

I specialize in bankruptcies. It is possible the ECF system got screwed up. Either make sure your attorney checks with the court regarding the mix up or contact another attorney who is able to communicate better with the courts.
