Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut
chapter 7 bankruptcy
My husband and I are filing chapter 7. Being that I have a serious panic disorder and have a hard time traveling, which the court that we have to go to is an hour away, is there any way that they would let him go alone or will I have to suffer and go too?

Re: chapter 7 bankruptcy
You should tell your attorney to advise your case trustee of your condition. You may need to supply a note from your physician. I would suspect the trustee would allow you to either attend by phone or make some other arrangement.
A lot depends on the trustee in my experience, however, most will work with you.
Good luck to you.
