Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut
filed ch.7 now creditor going criminal route
having filed ch. 7 . a creditor which had a judgement and lien on the home now has filed a complaint with their local police for a warrant .
is there any protection under the federal bankruptcy law going from a civil action to this criminal one ?
what are the options if any...

When you file bankruptcy, a hold is placed on your assets. The creditor should not take any action towards your assets once the assets are frozen.
