Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut
listing creditors for filing
if in business and filing chapter 7, should sastified and completed customers be listed . an attorney mentioned that with many listed possible breeches that the court may involve the fbi and questions may arise and hamper the case.

Frankly I dont much see the need to list satisfied customers on completed, paid in full, jobs. If a new home, or something you have warranted for a year, then maybe, but as a blanket statement, probably not.
