Re: Order Granting Motion For Relief
If the Bank received a Court Order for Relief from Stay, they have the right, and apparently are, going through with a foreclosure. You should discuss with your attorney having to go into Superior Court to delay the foreclosure based on the pending refinance. Generally a Superior Court Judge would grant the Motion to Reopen a foreclosure judgment to give the homeowner an opportunity to refinance the property. This is a serious matter and you should discuss the matter with either your bankruptcy attorney or the attorney handling the refinance.
