Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut
I paid a lawyer to file bankruptcy for me on 3/31/2010 and as of today 8/4/2010 he still hasnt filed anything.What can I do to get him to file or where can i go for help?

You should contact another bankruptcy attorney who can contact your attorney to see why there has been the four month delay. Unless there are unusual circumstances, 4 months is a rather long time to take for a bankruptcy filing. You may call us for assistance (860.236.9350) if you wish.
