Responsibility After Filing
Is it true that after my creditors have been notified and the bankruptcy papers have been filed, I am responsible for debts incurred AFTER the filing date?

Yes, the bankruptcy only effects debts that arose prior to the filing of the bankruptcy. That would be true of services that were rendered before the bankruptcy, butthey were not billed until after the bankruptcy petition was filed.
