Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut
i have a va pention plan and social security due to my illness i can no longer take care of myself..i have let my house go in in forcloser and my medical bills are huge which i can't afford..if i go bankrupt can the touch my pention or social security?i also want to let my car go and all other bills can they attach any of my pay..i am 83 yrs old my wife is 76

Your pension and Social Security is safe. Your pay is likely safe as well, although if you're making a whole lot of money then eyebrows will be raised.
