72 hour law
I made a purchase of 450.00 this christmas, on dec. 22, i went back to the store this morning 12/23 and was told that i could only receive a store credit or exchange. with a purchase this size i would like to know if the 72 hour law applies

Hello. I need to know more about your purchase. If it is a rental agreement or an installment sales contract, you have certain additional rights under CT law. Additionally, certain types of products are regulated more closely. Other than that, I am not familiar with a "72-hour law."
Stores generally have an internal policy about how to handle returns.
If you need more information, write back with the type of product purchased and the cost of the product. Perhaps then I can be of more assistance.
