Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
I bought something from a company that went out of business and I never recieved my items. Is there anything I can do?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the obvious. If they're out of business, they likely have no assets either. Depending on the amount involved, you could sue them in Small Claims Court. But even if you get a judgment, will you be able to collect? And is it all worth your time? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
