Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut

How do I legally enter my workshop where all my tools are. Brother had eveicted me once before then mom insisted I work there and as she had life lease he allowed me to continue working there. now she is dead and he told me he would have me arrested if I enter. The business has been in that shop for three generations.

You called it "my" workshop. It's not clear to me who owns the workshop. It's also not clear what kind of building the business is in and whether the workshop is part of the business. Does your brother own the business and the building it's in? Does he own the "workshop" or do you own it?
I need more information.
