Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
My Business partner and I, have a business together. We have a business agreement together and both signed and not notirized. Is the document still legal. If we have any issues selling, am I able to use that as proof.
Thanks

If you have an agreement, then it is a contract and is enforceable. It does not need to be notarized (although it would be better if it was). I believe the contract has some value when selling the business, but of course, I would need to know more about the situation to confirm this.
