Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
My friend and I started a small partnership LLC. We obtained a small business loan, and he used a lot of the money for personal use. When I realized that I dissolved the business and had the debit cards to our joint business account frozen. Every month I am left to pay for the loan payments, and he never gives me any money. His parents have reimbursed me for several months, but I don't want to be driving to his parents' house for the next 4 years. I dissolved the business in Feb. There is 6,500 left on the loan...It's driving me crazy that I didn't spend any of the money but am left "holding the bag." It's been getting harder and harder to get reimbursed for each payment. What can I do about it?
