do I need to be llc
I am an independent contractor for schedualing appointments and generating leads, do I need to be LLC, or am I protected from obligations, and what cases requires becoming LLC

A limited liability company allows you to protect your personal assets. If there is a possibility that you will be sued in your business, it is recommended that you form one. We can form an LLC for you for a flat fee in a day or so. Please contact me if you want to discuss it further.
