A limited liability company allows you to protect your personal assets. If there is a possibility that you will be sued in your business, it is recommended that you form one. We can form an LLC for you for a flat fee in a day or so. Please contact me if you want to discuss it further.

The LLC would protect your personal assets, except in certain situations.
