Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
I purchased my wedding dress at a trunk show. The way the dress was shown to me at the trunk show and when I ordered it is different than the way it is going to come in. The company showed me a gown with a piece of jewelry called a brooch on the gown. They are now saying it never had a brooch. As I asked the sales consultants one at a time they all confirmed there was a brooch in the gown but are now trying to say there wasn't...Please help. They are lying to me and giving me a hard time about what is owed to me. All I am asking for is the dress I ordered and what they sold to me.
Please help

You didn't say how much you paid for the dress. If it was $5000 or less, you can sue them in small claims court for the price of the dress. You didn't get what "you bargained for."
