Re-selling Branded Clothing

Thanks to Andrew Magwood for clarifying the issues surrounding re-selling brandname clothing. Other than obtaining a federal tax id, what should I do before I start this business? The clothing will be

imported and mailed to our customers here in the US.

Other than that, I would consider whether CT has a tax requirement (it does), whether you want to set up a separate business entity (depending on the dollar amount, you should), check on inusrance (again, you probably should, depending on the dollar amount you plan on selling) and then get real familiar with e-bay policies and procedures.
