I own a small company. Another small company wants me to sell their product for them. What is the name of this kind of agreement?

It depends on the terms of the agreement. The name of an agreement is not important. The agreement's terms are what matters.

Each business agreement should be tailored to reflect the parties intent and complete understanding of their relationship. For instance, are you simply going to distribute the other company's product? Are you going to buy the product at a discount and then resell the product for a higher cost? Are you the only one selling the product? Depending on the answers to these questions, the agreement might have a different title.
