Re: Start company
Your question is very broad. However, while you may be able to do some of the setup for the business, a lawyer may still be needed for other parts of the setup. A lawyer is a smart move in your situation because they know the law and can setup your business so as to avoid potential problems in the future. The cost of a lawyer in the beginning, translates into saving costs by avoiding potential liability in the future.
If you need assistance with this setup, my firm can help. Visit my website www.findctlawyer.com for more information. GOOD LUCK
Re: Start company
Nicholas,
You do not need a lawyer to form a corporation or a limited liability company, however, I generally recommend that you use one to make sure that you understand the scope of legal issues facing your new business.
Regarding the nature of your business, I would need to know more before giving you an opinion.
I would be happy to meet with you to discuss your specific concept. There is no fee for this initial consultaion.
Regards,
Peter
