Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
I'm starting a tshirt business and want to know if I can use the faces of sports figures on my shirts that I sell. For example, can I use a large face print of Brett Farve (Tony Romo, Derek Jeter, Kobi Bryant ect) with a small body but not use team uniforms or league logos. I want to sell my shirts online from my site, fatheadtshirst.com

You can only do this with their permission. They won't give it to you. They may agree if you pay for the rights, but many of them probably already have exclusive deals with other manufacturers. Any who are interested in working with you will probably want their representatives to learn about you and your business before making any deals. Even then, the amount they ask for may be more than you are willing to pay.
