Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
Usage of my image for commercial
Can someone use my image in a commercial without my permission? I was taped for a commercial and I never signed a release form or was paid for my time. I now want my image retracted from the advertisement. What can I do?

Re: Usage of my image for commercial
You have the right to control the use of your image. Conseqeuntly, contact the agency you dealt with (the ones who made this commercial) and tell them that they do not have permission to use your likeness and that you do not want to be included in their commercial.
If they do not agree and try to argue that your participation in the commercial gave an "implied" permission, I would suggest that you then retain an attorney.
Good luck.
