Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Connecticut

5 yrs ago, I had a common friend who is a Bank Branch Manager.

I was turned off by how she violated our friendship and my trust by using her power and authority to hack into my private bank account.

After 5 yrs. (3 weeks ago) I was shocked to received a wicked voicemail from her and she made it sound like it was a gossip. Where in fact, she did it to my sister too and verbally attacked her the same day she called my phone.

Given the seriousness of her offense and the sheer audacity of her actions my sister and I should really consider launching a formal complaint against her. But, we didn't.

And because of her appaling behavior, customers like us (my husband & I) decided to withdraw all of our assets and closed our account from the Bank because, we felt like our privacy was violated.

Q: We didn't really want to sue her but, we want to know what is our right?

Q: Should we file a complaint against her?

Q: Should we let her supervisor be aware of her actions?

Q: What is/are the possibilities?
