Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Connecticut

audiotaping

A neighbor has been using an advanced audiotaping device and recording conversation or whispers from my property or through my windows and reporting them to police as offensive. I was warned that if I so much as use a bad word even in my house and it is picked up on the neighbors audio tape the police will arrest me for breach of peace.

Re: audiotaping

you should contact an attorney IMMEDIATELY, we are based in NY but have an associate office in CT, and would be more than happy to discuss this case with you... there are potentially various avenues which you may have to protect yourself, and at the very least you would want to ensure as best you can against any arrest..
