Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Connecticut
Connecticut lawyer filing a civil lawsuit against someone in my town on behalf of someone else used my initials in complaint with false information with no permission from me but using details that make my identity obvious, so obvious the defendant attempted to contact me

It sounds as though some attorney was very careful in how they worded their complaint without outright naming you. Without seeing the document I cannot give a very directed answer except to say that the lawyer did not need permission from you and you likely have no recourse under the law.
