False Parking Complaints

My neighbor has called the police at least 5 times about my car, which is parked in front of his house due to space constraints. Each time the police have found that my car was legally parked, the last time I even moved my car a little to mollify them. The police say this is a civil matter. What can i do to stop my neighbor from making these frivolous police complaints against me?
