Legal Question in Technology Law in Connecticut

Keylogger Spy Software

I just found that my boyfriend had installed a program onto my computer which allowed him to see all keystrokes, conversations, emails...everything I did on my computer, this program had a print out of it all. I just moved out because of this and want to take legal action but I do not know if it is worth it. Has anyone heard of any cases like this and what the outcome was?
