Opening a website-Do I need a laywer?

I'm opening an adult web site, I'm sure there are some legalities I should know. Can I copyright my material? What type of consents will I need? What should I do to protect myself against minors entering the site? etc... If you will please provide me with some info on this subject and/or someone I might contact in my area (Hartford, Ct.)
