About a year ago on a new home I was finishing up the plumbing and gas piping on this house and i had taken money for the HVAC part of it months before but i wanted to get the gas and plumbing done first. But one day I saw another company running HVAC duct And the owner was there too and he knew i saw guys running duct but i didn't say anything well i gave him time to come to me He never talked to me about it And at this time i was done with the plumbing and 90% with the gas piping So i packed up my stuff and left the job never returning So I was recently arrested for Larceny He stated in the report that i took an air handler i didnt even bring to the job yet And he had hired a company (he hired them 3 weeks before i walked off, so he had 3 weeks to tell me)to do the hvac job. But i did research on the company, They are not licensed to do HVAC work and they also didnt pull a permit He pulled the permit

I would assume that would be a breach of contract on him He states in the report basically that he had not told me of him hiring a new company and That i saw them and left I always intended on doing the hvac but after i did the plumbing and piping Also i was never paid for finishing the plumbing

But is this breach on his part?
