Driveway paving contract

How long is a driveway paving contract good for with nothing being done since it was signed.

It's probably not worth anything for any length of time if the paving guy never shows up.

I hope you didn't give him any money. If you did, then you may have to sue him to get it back if he doesn't give it back upon demand.
