Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
What action can i take against the auto dealer
In December 2008 I paid $7250 to buy a used car from a used car dealer. After I paid he did not give me the car and after 2 weeks he gave me the car without any papers. In February 09 he said that he has gone out of business. I filed complains with better business bureau, Attorney general and DMV against the dealer. They could not help me either getting the car registered to me or getting my money back.

You need to sue the dealer and the owner.
