Airline Ticket Refund
Who is responcible to refund a non-refundable airline ticket purchased through an online travel agent if the airline suspends it's service, the online agent or the airline?

More likely the airline. I would need to read the TOU (terms of use) for the online agent to provide a legal opinion, for which I would charge.
