Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
Automobile purchase
I bought a car 10 months ago . I recently noticed when reviewing the sales agreement to check a sales tax rate that I was overcharged $ 1020 dollars for a $ 3.00 lemon law fee. Do I have any recourse to get the money back ?

Re: Automobile purchase
There are several ways to handle this situation. We have been involved with a number of sales tax overcharge cases (Toys R Us, Amazon.com, Coldwater Creek), and I would be happy to discuss your options with you.
There is no fee for our initial consultation.
