Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
Bathtub leak
I just had a bathtub installed and there is a crack in it. The bathtub company is replacing the tub, but now the crack has caused a leak and I have water spots on my ceiling below the bathroom. Is the bathtub company responsible for this damage?

Re: Bathtub leak
I would think so. Didn't the contractor who installed the tub notice the crack?
