Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
Used Car Contract
I purchased a car on Saturday - today is Wednesday. They promised that it would be ready on Tues. and when I when to pick it up nothing was fixed on it. (scratched bumper, bald tires, NO right side mirror, no license plate lights). They told me that they would have it fixed for me today and when the guy just came to deliver it to me NOTHING was different or fixed. And now I don't know if they have any intentions in doing so. How do I get out of this contract?

Re: Used Car Contract
I hope you didn't pay them all of the money that you agreed to pay for the car. If you did, then you are stuck. You will have to sue them to get your money back.
