Condo Fee Dispute
Condo fees put in lockbox for payment charged $500 + forlegal fees for not paying on time.
Filed claim in Small Claims Ct for reimursement, Condo Lawyer now has presented to be put on formal legal docket
What is the ruling or law on payments such as these by mail or by lockbox.

The answer may depend on what the terms of the agreement between you and the condo association. This agreement should specify how payment is to be made. If it doesn't, then you have a valid issue to be decided by the court.
