Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
Contracts
I live in Connecticut and joined a travel club last Saturday. ''Regency Travel Club'' The cost was just over $5,000.00. I thought that all contracts had a 3 day cancellation fee, which would mean I would have to send certified mail today of my intent to cancel.
No where in the contract does it say I can cancel this contract. Can I still cancel this contract and receive my money back. Thank you!

Re: Contracts
In Connecticut only particular contracts are subject to the 3-day cancellation law (eg health clubs). Travel clubs are not specified. You may however, depending upon the facts involved, have other means to avoid to contract (eg fraud).
