expired condoms
I bought condoms and they turned out to be expired my boyfirend noticed right before he put it on, can I sue the store that sold them?

No, you have no damages. But you may want to bring them back with the reciept and ask for a refund. Report them to the consumer affairs division of State of Connecticut. Did you end up with venereal diseases or an unwanted child as a result of the unprotected sex you may have had? If so, you still do not have damages as there is no causation. Still you may want to report this problem to Dept. of Consumer affairs. You can also write to the manufacturer requesting a replacement box of condoms
