hotel valet liability

I had my car valeted over the weekend at a hotel. When the car was returned to me, there was a nail in the tire which will now need to be replaced. What's the hotel's liability when they have the car in their posession

The liability can be limited to certain claims but not as to all. Their liability may be limited to the terms stated on your ticket. However, this is subject to further review and upon a further discussion of the facts.

Subject to possible limitation they may be liable. Further they probably carry insurance to cover such damage.
