Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
phone book
Can a phone book company renew a small business ad without authorization or contract and still send out a bill? My friend has been billed thousands of dollars on an ad he did not authorize to renew to continue. I am only curious... I feel he is owed back a lot of money... Thanks!
