Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
I recently had a repair job done to my car and it was diagnosed wrong and the repair shop told the problem was fixed it was brought in for it overheating they did some work and the bill was 700 dollars. after i picked up the car it was immediately clear the car was not fixed. i returned the car within 20 minutes and they worked on it again. after tow days i was called back saying the car was fixed this time i showed up and picked up the car and again it was still not fixed so i brought it to another garage they found the problem and fixed it. but now i am out the money from the first garage how do i go about getting the money back from them?

You can sue them in small claims court.
