Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
refund
I went into a pet store in ct
paid in full for a puppy. I never took the puppy off the property. The contract says we don't buy puppies back. I never took the puppy out of the store. Am I entilted to refund.

I would have to read the contract, however, I do not believe you are entitled to a refund.

Provided that there is no other way to get out of the contract (which would require more facts and copy of the contract), you would not be entitled to a refund. There is no general cooling off period. However, there is a pet lemon law; if the situation fell within the terms of such law there would be a right to a refund.
